Refund Policy

We create each piece of jewelry specifically for each customer.  We do accept returns or exchanges between the first 14 days of receiving the piece. If you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately, we would be more than happy to arrange a special exchange. A refund for a return or exchange will only be issued once we receive the items in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Manufacturing flaws and faulty items do not include broken gems and pearls, damaged chains and  items that are bent out of shape due to wear and tear, as well as oxidation on plated items. Please follow our jewelry care guide and the care card to help keep your jewelry in the best possible condition.
